Extensions & Refurbishments
Looking to Renovate, Extend or Refurbish?
The client wanted the kitchen extending to make a kitchen / dining area and then an all around modernisation.
First we had to strip everything back, knock through and support with new steel work. Which was also the perfect time for the new re-wire that was required. The floor also had to be raised to the new dining area so it was level throughout.
Once all the structural works were complete we then re-plastered and fitted a new kitchen with a granite worktop and integrated appliances. New plumbing and modern vertical radiators were also added.
Final touches such as new bi-fold doors and a bench with storage that we custom made were added to the new dining area.
